Buyers’ legal rights.

Special rules apply to ‘distance selling’. These are outlined below -

Cancellation. You may return the goods for refund of purchase price within 14 days of receiving them. Buyer to pay return postage. Goods and packaging (where this constitutes a part of the product’s presentation) must be as received.

Guarantee. We undertake to replace or refund any item(s) that are faulty in manufacture. As we have no control over the conditions of use such claims must be made within 14 days, as for cancellation. If the claim is justified return postage will be included in the refund.
